Digital Communications Specialist (m/f/d)
We are hiring a Digital Communications Specialist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic communications team to support our brand, influencing and engagement goals to help achieve Transparency International’s vision of a world free from corruption.
A brilliant writer with creative flair and a strong understanding of how to tailor content for different digital platforms and optimise for search engines, you’ll be able to advise on approach and produce content for all of our channels, from blogs to social media – especially LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok – as well as create our regular email newsletter to supporters. You’ll also play a key part in collaborating with colleagues across our global movement to identify and gather compelling stories about our work fighting corruption.
This role would suit someone with at least five years of experience working on digital content or in digital marketing, who is proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to use their creative skills and ideas to drive positive change.
OVERVIEW OF KEY DIMENSIONS
Role purpose: The Digital Communications Specialist (m/f/d) will support our brand, influencing and engagement goals, advising on approach and producing content for all of our digital channels. They will proactively manage our blog and email newsletter, and develop our approach to story-gathering to show the impact of Transparency International’s movement.
Team: Communications
Reporting line: Digital and brand lead
Salary band: according to TI-S internal salary structure; for this position corresponding to band PF2 salary starting EUR 42,000 gross per year depending on relevant experience
Starting date: As soon as possible
Contract duration: Currently we can offer an employment contract for a duration of two years. There is a prospect of extension subject to organisational need, proven performance and funding.
Working hours: Full time – 100%, 40 hours per week
Contract location: At our office in central Berlin. Hybrid within Germany also considered. All staff are required to spend a minimum of four days a month in the office.
